Services
We don't do a hundred add-ons. These are the jobs people in Kenosha actually call for.
from $350
Empty homes, end of lease, security deposit on the line. We work to a landlord checklist and send photos so you don't have to drive back.
from $300
For a house that hasn't had a professional clean in a year or more. Twice the detail of a standard clean, and the usual starting point for new clients.
$165–190 / visit
The same cleaner every visit, whenever possible. Cheaper per clean than booking deep cleans whenever the house gets away from you.
How it works
Tell us bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage and when it was last professionally cleaned. A photo of the kitchen tells us more than a paragraph.
Same day, in writing. The number doesn't change when we arrive — we've priced the condition, not the optimism.
We bring everything. When we're done you get photos of each room, and you pay after you've looked.
Quote request
Fill this in and we'll reply the same day with a firm price and the earliest slot. Prefer to talk? Text (262) 555-0143.
Serving Kenosha, Pleasant Prairie, Somers, Bristol and Salem Lakes.
Insured. Supplies included. No contracts for recurring service.
Questions
No. Most clients give us a door code, a lockbox, or leave a key. We text when we arrive and send photos when we finish. If you'd rather be there the first time, that's fine too.
Yes — chemicals, cloths, mops, everything except a vacuum if yours is better than ours. Tell us if you have a specific product you want used (floor finish, allergy-safe cleaners).
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and fix it at no charge. We'd rather redo a bathroom than have you quietly decide not to book again.
Yes — general liability, and we can send a certificate of insurance before we start if you need one on file.
Inside cabinets and drawers, appliance interiors, baseboards, window tracks, vents, and the closets. It's priced on an empty house, which is faster per square foot but far more detailed.
Pet hair adds time, and a house that hasn't been cleaned in two years takes about twice as long. That's priced into the quote you get upfront — never added at the door.
